Step 1: Check Your Mattress

I recommend investing in a bed bug mattress encasement you can find one for a low price on eBay.
After you place a bed bug mattress encasement you should find you are not getting bed bug bites when sleeping at least not as often.
Step 2: Clean Your Bedding And Clothes
Place your dirty sheets and bedding into a plastic trash bag and seal at top.
Then immediately place in the wash.
Make sure to wash on High Heat for a minimum of 30 minutes.
When you have completed washing your bedding place it into the dryer and again on High Heat for a minimum of 30 minites.
Bed bugs lethal temperature can be reached when you wash and dry in high heat.
When you have completed drying place clean bedding into another plastic bag and seal at top.

The last step is to spray for bed bugs.
