Place your dirty sheets and bedding into a plastic trash bag and seal at top.

Then immediately place in the wash.

Make sure to wash on High Heat for a minimum of 30 minutes.

When you have completed washing your bedding place it into the dryer and again on High Heat for a minimum of 30 minites.
