First wash all of your clothes, bedding, towels, and linens such as pillowcases and comforters.
Next, get a plastic trash bag and place all of your dirty items inside it and seal it at the top.
The reason to seal the bag is to make sure bed bugs do not escape.
Then either wash your clothes at home or at a laundromat.
Make sure to wash in high heat for at least 30 minutes.

Place all of your clothes from the washer into the dryer and again dry in high heat for a minimum of 45 minutes.

It’s important that as soon as you finish vacuuming you immediately empty the contents into a trash bag and seal it tight.
Then take it outside to your garbage.
The last thing you want is for bed bugs to escape that you just vacuumed.
OK, you have cleaned and vacuumed now it’s time to do an inspection.
How To Inspect Your Home For Bed Bugs
Check the following items:
Behind pictures hanging on your wall
Books or magazines
Your Electronics

Now that you have completed all the preparation you needed to treat for bed bugs.
You are now ready to treat bed bugs on your own.

On the day of treatment follow the steps below:
Treating for bed bugs can take several hours so give yourself a good portion of time that you can allow yourself to properly treat your entire home.
